Research shows that prices can vary for all types of products; therefore it makes good sense to comparison shop before buying. Comparison shopping is especially beneficial when buying expensive items, items you purchase often, or items where the product quality or prices vary greatly. Through the use of advertisements, catalogs, telephone inquiries, or the Internet, comparison shopping is easy and can save you money.

Name the cheapest camera for closeups. My Sony DSCH1 with 10X zoom with anti-stabilization was stolen?

I would be happy to buy on Amazon, used, maybe something in the $200 range. I really need a camera that can do closeups, as small as 1/4 of a piece of standard typing paper, without blurring. I also **** it when a camera has a lag time. Those are really the most important things to me. Someone suggested an Easy Share and to use the ‘set for portrait’ mode when I do my closeups (photos from books).

I WOULD buy another Sony DSCH1 with 10X zoom except it was too expensive the first time then when it got it stolen at work they had to do a crime investigation of everyone which was a drag. So I need one where it won’t ‘break the bank’ if it gets stolen again as I have no locked storage, I need it for my job. I just have to “hide it” well. I have no idea how to ‘comparison’ shop for features that can do close ups and not shake. I just know that two cameras I borrowed to use had both those problems and were totally unsatisfactory. I live in a very small town 3 hours from Best Buy.

Which is the best web browser to use for work and play?

Maria Gallercia asked:

I am a businesswoman and a self-guided investor who is also a caretaker for my elderly father, always try to comparison and bargain shop, do online banking, love e-mailing people and social networking, downloading from download.com, find recipes, and so much more on the Internet. I practically “live” on the ‘net. I have a wireless network at the house (and business), but I am focus on the home right now. I currently use both Firefox and Safaria. What do you think about Flock? I am 26 years old. I am going to buy my 77 year old father a netbook on after-Christmas sale. What would be the best browser for him? All he wants to do is online banking, e-mailing, and Skype.

Thank you as advance as I truly appreciate you helping me de-clutter my computers at home. :-)

Question for anyone who shops online ?

I own an online boutique and want to find out what customers feel is most valuable so can you please answer the following question?

Is it more important for you to receive FREE Shipping/returns or lower prices?

For example, both Zappos and Piperlime offer Free Shipping/Returns but their prices are inflated to cover these costs so in reality, it is really not free but this seems to appeal to a lot of people.

Here is why I ask:

Piperlime offers a handbag at $84. We sell the same bag for $69.99 plus $7 for (2-3 day priority) shipping so total is $76.99. So you save $7 when purchased from us.

Zappos sell a ring for $67. We sell the same ring for $49.99 plus $7 for (2-3 day priority) shipping so total is $56.99 In this example you save close to $20.

Do you just look at sites that offer Free Shipping or would you take the time to comparison shop?

Less than 10% of people return something so I didn’t want to charge for something they likely would never use but if this is more important to you than just the price point, I would love to know so I can incorporate that.

Thank you very much for your time!

Russ Bus asked:

I am looking into buyin another handgun, either a second, smaller 45 or an 9mm. Is there any good sites online where I can browse models with MSRP’s for guns. I need to find out how much stuff is going to cost to comparison shop.
